3. Terms of Sale & Payment
• We facilitate secure transactions through Razorpay.
• Semi-COD Policy: For Cash on Delivery orders, a non-refundable "shipping commitment fee" (e.g., ₹99) is collected upfront to secure the order and reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) risks.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.
• Pre-paid Incentives: Customers opting for 100% pre-payment may receive special discounts or free shipping as outlined at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• We utilize reliable shipping partners and "Packet" shipping methods to ensure efficient delivery to urban centers.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location.
5. Hygiene & Fit Guarantee
• Due to the intimate nature of our products, and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept physical returns of tried-on undergarments.
• To protect our customers, we offer a Fit Guarantee: If your item does not fit correctly, we will send a free replacement size without requiring a return of the original item.

• Bisous shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• While we strive for accuracy, actual product colors and textures may vary slightly from AI-generated lifestyle visuals.
