3. Payment & Commitment Fees
To provide a secure and reliable service, we offer the following payment structures through Razorpay:
• Full Pre-payment: Enjoy Free Shipping or a 10% discount when you pay 100% upfront.
• Semi-COD (Partial Payment): A small "shipping commitment fee" (e.g., ₹99) is collected at checkout to secure your order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
4. The Bisous "Fit Guarantee"
• Undergarments are intimate, and we know fit is everything.
• Free Replacements: If your item doesn't fit perfectly, do not worry about a return. Under our Fit Guarantee, we will send you a replacement size for free.
• Hygiene Protocols: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of tried-on items to maintain strict hygiene standards.
